Summary
“Derek,” Stiles groans. “You have me. You’ve always had me, you absolute moron, how many physically impossible feats of life-saving heroics do I have to perform before you get it?”

Summary
Stiles is tortured by Gerard at the end of season 2, he doesn't realise that the events of that night will start a chain of events that will push him to his limits.
With mysterious deaths plaguing the town, his dad barely speaking to him and Stiles reeling from Scott's betrayal, is he strong enough to make it through the events that will change him forever? Will the pack be there to catch him when he starts to fall? Or will he be alone and in more danger than he thought ever possible?
The summary sucks because I can't write summaries, but hopefully you'll be willing to give it a read!

Summary
He's pretty sure Death is nipping at his heels at this point.
But he has to stay awake, has to keep Gerard away from Erica and Boyd, the two Betas still tied up with mountain ash and electricity on the other side of the room, and it looks like they're trying to scream through their duct-tape, still, but he can't hear it, not anymore.
The terrible, all-consuming, staticky silence had over taken him after about the third time Gerard's lackey- Ben, he thinks his name was- had stuck a military grade taser to his ear, a low enough voltage not to cause brain damage, he'd said, because the point of this was for him to talk.
[Or: The one where Stiles is kidnapped and tortured by Gerard, and his injuries lead to a complete loss of hearing, among other things.]

Summary
Peter wasn’t raised to be a Pack Alpha, but after a rogue Hunter attack and the death of his sister he’d stepped up. No one was more surprised than him (except maybe the Druids. And definitely the Hunters) when the mantle and responsibility suited him so well. Perhaps too well.
The Hale pack has had time to heal, and they’re ready to move on, in more ways than one. Of all the alpha responsibilities, Peter never seriously considered his job regarding the omegas in the pack until now.
And now… now he’s seriously regretting that oversight.
