This is an aged-up, quirkless AU! It begins when our battle-hardened detective, Katsuki Bakugou, mourns by calling his partner's phone as a way to cope every now and then. But one day someone answers, it's not his deceased partner, but some bubbly idiot who has, apparently, been receiving these hundreds of messages. The last thing Katsuki wanted was someone listening to him pour his heart out, to a stranger no less. Now the guy has the gall to get attached to him.
