A med student’s wet dream, he thought, and was met with blessed silence. He hadn’t even realized that the voices had quietened down completely, but they always did. It was one of the main benefits of this method of… calming himself compared to a bullet to the head - he could actually enjoy the silence right now, instead of having a forced chat with Death.
