In Musutafu, Midoriya Izuku wonders desperately if he could be a Hero, in spite of his condition as a Quirkless boy. He finds himself at the mercy of a robber, only to be saved by a passing Arbiter, far from home.
In the midst of their journey, would they be able to reach the answers to their own questions?

Summary
In a world where 80% of all people are born with some kind of special ability, known as "quirks", society has developed around a new form of celebrity; heroes. A publicly sanctioned form of defenders who are given special permission to freely use their quirks to rescue civilians from disasters, apprehend criminals, and maintain public safety. However, beneath the surface of this society there are villains who use their powers illegally and selfishly, and innocent people enduring prejudice; both for having undesirable or dangerous quirks, and for having none at all.
Izuku Midoriya is a quirkless young man; but he harbors in his heart a burning desire to be a true hero and works hard every day towards that goal. One day, he finds himself face to face with Japan's Number One Hero: All Might, who makes him an offer that will change his life forever, and make his distant dream a reality.
This is a full rewrite of the story of the My Hero Academia anime and manga. The story will attempt to maintain the core themes of the series while exploring an alternative narrative in which the protagonist Izuku finds himself the center of a harem of (basically) the entire female cast.
