This is my own spin at AFO Izuku. He will have an overall weaker version, so he’s not going to stomp everyone effortlessly even if he wants to. I feel like without the limits the story would get boring very quickly.
Also, the 1A class will be very different, containing bits of 1B, other schools and an OC. All in the name of originality.My other two fics.

With quirks of their own, Izuku and his best friend, Yuga are one of the few that understand this danger and can do something about it. He still seeks to become the hero of the new age, but must also overcome the sins of the best before it destroys the present.

He is to become the vessel for it's newly acquired power, and to be the way in which she can once again fight on the seas. He won't be alone for long, however, as slowly, more and more will resonate with a ship under Azur Lane's control. And eventually, they might have enough to begin making a real effort to push back the Sirens.
It won't be easy, however. These ships come from different origins, but all the same era, and they have history. Bloody, and brutal history. Killing allies, sisters, and even each other. Now that they have been given a new life, a new purpose, can they put their past behind them? Or will they be consumed by the war many of them never left alive, centuries long over?

Start by observing how he swings that blade. Next, look over each movement with the same attention to detail and piece together what you find.”

“Don’t you see?” Koro-sensei asked.
And he did. Stain was skilled and he had many blades, both literal and metaphorical. It would be near impossible for a hero of Nagisa’s skill level to beat him, steel to steel.
But Nagisa didn’t need to beat him. Because he didn’t need to be a hero, not to do this.
“Voila,” Koro-sensei said. “A trivial adversary indeed.
“Now, use that trusty blade to fillet him.”

He is beloved by his three personal students who are now pro-heroes, his family in the Wild, Wild Pussycats, and his new co-workers and students. Particularly one gravity-defying rescue heroine.
