Midoriya Izuku has to move cities with his mother for her new job and consequently had to change schools. His new school is a prestigious one, Kunugigaoka Junior High but after a small misunderstanding he’s thrown right into Class 3-E!
Yukimura-sensei has disappeared and nobody knows what is happening until the government bring in a year-long class project for them to complete only a few days after the moon blows up.
Will Izuku still be able to become the hero he’s always dreamed of being, or will his new life as an assassin in 3-E ruin that for him?
OR - Izuku is wrongfully put into Class 3-E for his third year and has to become an assassin to kill one of the nicest teachers he’s ever known, all while hoping to achieve his dream of a hero.

“Come now, we’ve covered this,” the ghost of Koro-sensei’s voice seemed to reach across the centuries to say. “The poor beast isn’t as terrifying as all that. Start by observing how he swings that blade. Next, look over each movement with the same attention to detail and piece together what you find.”

“Don’t you see?” Koro-sensei asked.
And he did. Stain was skilled and he had many blades, both literal and metaphorical. It would be near impossible for a hero of Nagisa’s skill level to beat him, steel to steel.
But Nagisa didn’t need to beat him. Because he didn’t need to be a hero, not to do this.
“Voila,” Koro-sensei said. “A trivial adversary indeed.
“Now, use that trusty blade to fillet him.”

Saying that Kunugigaoka Junior High School was a weird place would be an understatement. One could cite the presence of a class of delinquents separated from the main campus by being placed upon a mountain. They could also argue that the strangely high number of people from the Ministry of Defence coming and going from the school was unnerving. Some even claimed to see a strange yellow octopus-like creature flying around near the school.
But, what about the school's most well known rumour?
That there was a ghost haunting the prestigious school posing as a student.
They say that every so often a graduating class would come to the realisation that one of their classmates, who they had vivid memories of, had never existed in the first place.
Or;
Karma died on the school grounds long before the Assassination Classroom was established and just happened to be doing his usual thing (posing as a student to prank a random class and avoid the boring and painful reality of being a ghost) when he was roped into the odd classroom. Join his concerned ordinary classmates and his more over-the-top supernatural classmates as they try to piece together the mystery that is Akabane Karma.

Sometimes I wonder why I still bother using these words. Class, classmates, classroom…
The blank hall where our wheelchairs are lined up in neat rows next to each other, with armed guards standing by the walls keeping an eye on us, is nothing like any classroom anywhere in the world, and my classmates… well. Fellow prisoners would be closer to the truth. Or fellow test subjects, perhaps.
But our teacher, then… she is the single thing that helps us to forget the reality around us. Today, too, Yukimura-sensei’s smile is as bright as ever.

Project 3-E: a group of infected teenagers in a world ravaged by a mysterious disease, who are trained to be the saviors of mankind.That's the plan, anyway.
