Summary
In a last-ditch effort to save his brother when faced with a possibly life-ending weapon, Leonardo threw himself in front of Michelangelo to protect him from the oncoming blast of an advanced Kraang device, not expecting to walk away from the shot unharmed. What Leo hadn’t anticipated happening was being thrown into an opening portal and sent halfway across the multiverse only to be found by four familiar but much younger turtles.

Summary
Two future geniuses fall into the other's world after a seemingly random portal appears connecting their two universes. They become fully integrated into the life they find themselves in but after time it becomes clear that they do not belong where they currently are. When Leon accidentally opens up a portal to a different world the two Donnies have a difficult decision to make, stay where they grew up or return to the universe they came from…
However there’s another factor at work here and it's gonna take double the turtles and double the Donnies to stop them….

“In fact, I bet you like doing what he tells you to do.” Their weapons clashed and Leo leaned forward, beak-to-beak with his brother. “You probably love it.”
Raph’s breaths came harsh and ragged, the snarl on his face making him look more like the impulsive, emotional brother Leo knew. For the first time since the turtles broke into Shredder’s lair and laid eyes on him, he looked like Raph again. Leo could feel the way his brother’s arms quivered through his grip on his katanas, and he fought to hide the optimism-relief on his face behind a cocky raise of an eye ridge.
Then Donnie cried out behind him, followed by a crash, and it all fell apart again.
AKA I thought the "mind-controlled Raph" concept in Clash of the Mutanimals was CRIMINALLY underutilized and should've lasted at LEAST a few episodes.

The Mad Dogs are headed to school as undercover students, fulfilling a lifelong dream of Donatello’s. The others aren’t quite as excited. Raph and Leo struggle to keep everyone together as teachers, grades, and Donnie’s desperation for approval get in the way of the mission.

A Tumblr description I saw and liked: "It's basically Rise!Raph looking at the 12!Turtles and saying: Wow, you guys look like you need an older brother. I'm taking that spot!"
Alternatively: In which Rise!Raph can’t get a break from his brothers, not even in a different dimension, and they sort of adopt each other. The family tree is getting harder to explain!
