In a near future where the entire world exists under a unified government and that system is held in check by a League of Heroes, Liam, otherwise known as O2 is one of the best and brightest. He uses his power to control oxygen to keep people safe and keep the world under the control of the government.
Zayn uses his abilities to fight against what he views as a fascist, overbearing system that is guilty of leaving some of the citizens to fend for themselves.
