He had a new goal now. With his mind set on the new task, he took off to the roof.
"If I remember the reports correctly, All Might still hasn't shown up. So I still have time..." Pulling his mask down further, adjusting his respirator and scarf, and remembering the way to his destination, he called for blackwhip. The whips shot out to the next roof to hold on to. Purpil smoke formed under his feet. And with an approving nod from the ghosts following him...
He took off to the USJ.

“Of course,” All for One nodded along. “I can offer you double of whatever my counterpart is paying you currently, along with anything your little heart could desire. Of course, you would get to help out drastically—"
“Did you happen to check what world you were pulling me out of when you did this?” Midoriya Izuku interrupted and it was said in such an incredulous tone that had the situation not been as critical as it was, All Might would have laughed.
Also known as: number one hero Deku has been through a lot of things, but being thrust into an alternate reality where he’s All for One’s Successor is a first. He has to navigate this world when his alternate self is a villain who's dead-set on killing him and this version of class 1-A. All the while, his friends search desperately for a way to get him back.

Summary
Izuku Midoriya has a quirk named Cumulus. It allows him to generate and manipulate clouds, a very similar take to Oboro’s Cloud quirk.
Only difference is Izuku’s cloud generation relies on his own water reserves, meaning he constantly has to drink water to keep using his quirk. If he doesn’t, his hair begins to turn a stark white.
However, when Izuku shows up at UA, Aizawa and Hizashi are shocked to see the quirk that they thought died 15 years ago.
OR
Izuku has a quirk that’s really similar to Oboro’s old quirk. He causes chaos and triggers his teachers PTSD.
