During FFVII: Before Crisis: Rufus Shinra is placed under house arrest in the top secret Turks HQ, hidden in the basement of the Shinra Building.*) While in confinement, Rufus spends more time with the head of the Turks, Tseng, even if he has to invent excuses for them to spend time together. As the days go by, the meetings become progressively steamier and spicier.
