Sukuna gets transported into the medical 1870s era where a hologram that goes by the name system tells him that he needs to get a lot of points in order to get back home.
Rules and regulations stop Sukuna from- you know. Killing and shitting on people.
Now he’s forced to be nice to get points and even meets some of the people he swore to kill. Oh. also Sukuna is Yuji’s older brother ad he’s a duke.
