Summary
When one world ends, another will rise from the sands of its failure. Survivors of this scorched world have made a home from the ruins of their predecessors. They live under the shadow of fallen rusted cities or fragile oases that balance on the precipice of ruin. Robots made of brass and steel roam the land, hordes of metal beasts hunting any organic life. For those hoping to explore, traveling through the sun-scorched desert is nearly impossible. Pirates, beasts, and winds of sand and rust challenge even the greatest adventure. Despite all this, humans persist, using machines that tower over trees or speeding bikes that hover over the ground to traverse the dunes. So, when four strangers meet between the sand and stars, who knows what they could accomplish?
