Summary
The war is over; winter has ended.

By Royal Decree and its much longer sequel, Harold and Morgan Not A Romance, are Golden Age stories that detail the very convoluted story of King Edmund the Just, Count of the Western March, Duke of the Lantern Waste, Knight of the Order of the Table, and not Father, Brother, or Peter and Assistant Director Banker Morgan of the House of Linch. This is about how two highly functioning individuals, one with low emotional intelligence and the other who is neuroatypical, blunder into and out of and back into a relationship.
