“He has a…pleasant face plate.” The image of Starscream's optics appeared in the shuttle's mind and something inside his chestplate seemed to move.
His friends exchanged another glance and then both returned to lean their backs to their respective armchairs.
“What’s his designation?” Skyfire opened his intake but closed it immediately, taking a few moments to think -something he had been unable to do in Starscream’s presence-.
“Don't you want to tell us?”
“I feel like it's better not to.” Ratchet disguised a laugh with a cough and, as if nothing had happened, he returned to immerse himself in his medical studies while Wheeljack kept looking at his friend, amused.
