His gaze bore into Wade’s intensely and filled with heat, “I like you, Wade. A lot.”
Wade's smile dropped completely. He stared blankly at Logan, his expression unreadable. For a moment, Logan’s heart sank; he thought he’d crossed a line, that Wade would try to let him down easy with some joke.
But instead, Wade did something entirely unexpected.
He started laughing. The goddamn idiot started laughing.
Logan froze, his mouth parting slightly as he stared at Wade in disbelief. His hands remained lightly wrapped around Wade, uncertain if he should hold or let go. He didn’t know what to say or how to respond.
Eventually, the laughter died down, leaving behind an almost eerie quiet. Wade’s expression shifted, his haze turning serious and guarded. He looked at Logan, his eyes soft as he said quietly, “You don’t like me, Logan. Not like that.”
Or; The five times Logan showed Wade he loved him but Wade convinced himself otherwise and the one time Wade finally believed it.

Wade's cleaning up the apartment after coming out of a mental and physical slump and finds Logan's sketchbook. He didn't even know Logan could draw! When he cracks it open to see nothing but sketches of himself, Wade's met with conflicting feelings. The stupid voices in his head don't exactly help him to feel any better, but that's okay. Logan knows just how to take care of that. (The answer is: with his dick, of course.)

“You fight almost like you’re dancin’. It’s beautiful to watch.”
Logan notices the way Wade’s face and eyes still darken like a thundercloud when he compliments him. Like the voices are hellbent on keeping him from believing any of it.
“I mean it,” he insists, spreading his fingers across the small of Wade’s back. “You’re graceful and light. But you still carry yourself… like a weapon.”

Logan yanks and severs as many of the remaining seatbelts as he can grab. He ties them around Wade, pinning his arms in his lap and pulling his legs together tightly. He winds scraps of seatbelts around the other man's head, binding him to the head rest with his face turned toward the center console. As Wade regains consciousness he groans weakly.
“Kinky,” he appraises.
Logan growls and leans in close to the other man’s face.
“If I put my dick in your mouth, will you bite it?”
Deadpool sputters, blindsided.
“Only if you want me to?”The author attempts to explain exactly why Deadpool was tied to the driver's seat of the Odyssey like that.

Logan hears Wade’s breath hitch a little as he feels the effort. “Good,” he says. “You’re doing good. Just relax.” The words make Logan’s face heat up, and he knows they’re wrong – he’s not good, has never been good – but he can’t find it within himself to protest, to growl, to do anything but feel the warmth of Wade’s palm on his chest, of his fingers in his hair. He’s pathetic, is what he is. But it’s been so fucking long, and he’s so damn tired – of himself, of fighting, of everything. If Wade wants to touch him, then Logan will take what he can get.
Or: Logan thinks his body is only built for hurting people. Wade shows him he's wrong.
