Sanemi gave you clear hints that you should leave him to sulk, alone. He was brash, insensitive, and never talked back whenever you wanted to converse with him.
But still, he took you in, and the small things he would do for you made you feel his kindness; Leaving sweets in your room, squeezing your shoulder whenever you pulled off a form.
You wondered why he was so insistent on being alone.

“Why would you do it? I’m not gonna ask again.” He repeats himself , and he look visibly distressed. “Why would I do what Sanemi? Explain.” You tell him. “Why would you kiss him? Why would you do that? Before me especially. Out of all the things you could have done, or any place to do it, why would you do that right in front of my face.” Sanemi says as he searches your face for the answer he is desperately seeking.
“Well, it was a dare? I don’t get it, what is the issue here? Plus the whole thing was meaningless, so I don’t get why you’re mad. Is it because you think it’ll mess up the friend group? If that’s what you’re worried about I can guarantee it won’t chan- ” you’re cut off from your mini rant by Sanemi getting up from his seat, walking towards you and pulling at your face enough to make your stand from your seat. He holds your head in his hand while looking down toward your face, his eyes circulating all over.
“Because no one else should be doing that to you” Sanemi says while crashing his lips against yours.
