"For Itan Private High School, it seems like their third year was finally reaching a rhythm. Tadano and his girlfriend Komi would do their best to make friends with their classmates of class 3-1, and over time were met with positive feedback for their actions. From Komi and Manbagi's friend Yukapoyo to the interestingly rocky interesting interaction with the knight girl Kishi, and even to the abrasive but slowly warming Shiina, it seemed like Komi's dream of one hundred friends was nearing completing soon enough.

Yamai Ren notices an odd pattern that revolves around everyone's favorite average student Tadano Hitohito. Over the course of a week she investigates, discovering something she could only have imagined in her worst nightmares.
