Its been a few years since i last posted but i've had a lot going on. Ive wanted to do this fic cause I felt the Maddie and Sophie storyline could do with some love.

Ellie harbors secrets from family and friends as she struggles with addiction and trauma from combat. While those closest to her can be great supports, they can also be harsh critics. A beacon of hope, Dina is a welcome reprieve to what Ellie views as a miserable and unsatisfying life. But Dina struggles with her own trauma and how to foster and navigate a mutually supportive relationship with Ellie.
