I worry that they would simply confiscate the rune without hearing me out.”
    Mel looked at the rune as it seemed to hum ever-so-slightly. “He’s still in there,” she said. Relief flooded her, and a kind of joy she hadn’t felt since before the battle at Piltover.

    Or: in the aftermath of their decision to reverse the conversion, Jayce ends up trapped in the rune. Viktor follows Mel to Noxus to ask for her help and together they learn how to use their arcane abilities and investigate the Black Rose.
