The cleaner was too stunned to speak. His breathing deepened from the fear and anger festering inside of him. He did not remember exchanging his blood with the raider, but he knew the other man’s tricks all too well.

Summary
When Zanka is kidnapped by the Raiders, Jabber realizes he can't let his rival die. He breaks Zanka out, and, realizing he can't go back to the raiders without deadly consequences, reluctantly agrees to go with Zanka to Cleaner HQ.
There, he and Zanka develop into something more than just rivals.
