Summary
Before the quirks, Yokohama was really a closed city due to all the abilities, but it was still open to some people. Until more recently, due to all the discrimination against abilities users caused the city to close its borders fully. The Special Division encourage all the abilities to go to Yokohama to be safer and live in peace (tho there were some that stay outside).
Now, HPSC want to 'fix' that relationship...or
Atsushi, Sigma, Akutagawa, and Lucy go to UA to babysit while teaching them that abilities users aren't evil, heartless, monsters. While trying to have fun and act like normal teens, even tho they are adults at this pointedited by: Sorceress_Circe
