    After an anonymous call, the CPS took Neil into the foster-care system, placing him home after home until he finally met Cass Spear. A lady who perfectly embodied the average curly blonde, middle-aged woman look with an overly sweet personality that made every and any child she met feel safe.
    Though her candy-like personality was loved by many children before him, Neil felt as though he had a constant toothache any time he got too comfortable.

    On the other-hand, the Spears-after Andrew's outburst, arrest and return to his maternal family, the Minyards-they decided to foster another child, one who proved to be completely mute.
