Multimedia journalism major Diego gets dragged in a roleplay party by his classmate Allison and ends up discovering a world he didn't expect to love so much. Of course, it has nothing to do with the people he meets there and especially not that super hot weird guy he plays with.
When he convinces his roommate Ben and his (few) friends to begin a new D&D party, Klaus doesn't expect their last member to seem so indifferent about roleplay. But he's not about to give up that easily…It might be a very niche AU but trust me, you need absolutely no knowledge in RPG to read this. I'll keep it simple and honestly,, no one can be as lost as Diego in this.

Summary
Coulson, for his part, stares up at Bucky with such a betrayed look of frozen horror that Natasha actually goes the extra step and presses another button, capturing the moment and airdropping the photograph to her phone for posterity. When he speaks, his voice comes out as a hoarse whisper. “Why…?” He swallows and starts again, trying for some semblance of normality. “...Why would you tweet something like that?!”
“If you must know, sir,” and somehow he manages to make ‘sir’ come out with the same inflection most people reserve for ‘motherfucking son of a bitch’, “it’s because I have a difficult time doing my job when my job involves monitoring the man with the best fucking ass in the United States of America.” He slowly lowers himself back into his seat until he’s at eye level, making extreme eye contact with Coulson until Coulson turns away to make mortified eye contact in Natasha’s general direction through the one-way glass. Natasha would take another picture, if she weren’t too busy catching Steve’s red-faced sputtering. “Sometimes, I vent to my Twitter followers. Sometimes, it’s about hot men with washboard abs. Can I go now, or do you need a graphic description of how I pleasure myself at night?”

Summary
In 1945 Steve Rogers crashed the Valkyrie into the Arctic Ocean and was never recovered.
In 2019 Bucky Barnes is walking along the beach below the decommissioned lighthouse where he lives with his sixteen month old daughter when he finds the body of a man washed up in the surf, half frozen but miraculously alive.
Bucky manages to revive him, but finds that the stranger has no memory of who he is or how he got here aside from a name: Steve. Snowed in by a blizzard soon after and unable to get Steve a medevac, Bucky discovers that the funny, good-hearted man slips into the fabric of his and Alice’s life faster than he would have thought possible. The two are undeniably drawn to each other, but as their feelings grow so does the looming possibility that the answer to the question “who is Steve?” might be much more complicated than either of them realized.

Captain Steven G. Rogers, fierce and determined leader of a crew of elite sailors, was commissioned by the Royal Navy to stamp out threats of piracy throughout the Atlantic.
No one had been assigned to the crew. Each sailor had been chosen and asked to join. For many, it was a mission they took because they had a loyalty to the captain, but Captain Rogers himself looked at his task as a vendetta against a sole man.
Pirate Captain Johann Schmidt had anchored his ship in the Brooklyn harbor some twenty years ago when a game of hide and seek led young Bucky Barnes, childhood best friend of Steve Rogers, to board the ship looking for a place to hide. Schmidt left port that evening and Barnes, along with two other boys, were never seen alive again. The bodies of the other boys washed ashore, but the body of Bucky was never recovered. Besides the vest Bucky had been wearing and a severed part of his arm, the boy was all but gone.
