“Not that,” Ilya paused, and then leaned down so his mouth was just inches from Shane’s ear. “I was just noticing that you really like having your hair washed.”
For a split second, Shane didn’t understand. And then he looked down, following Ilya’s gaze, and his eyes landed on his bottom half - clothed in just a pair of boxer briefs, that were, to his horror, sporting a very obvious wet spot.

By the time Shane caught up to where Ilya had snuck into a hallway, he’s disappeared from view. Shane stood there, glancing around at a couple closed doors, when he was pulled into a bathroom behind him. Someone muffled his cry of surprise, and all the struggle bled from his body as he was encased in a familiar scent.
The space was a health hazard, mysterious liquids on the floor and beer cans littered in the tub. If he looked close enough, he’s pretty sure he could spot a pair of panties nestled in the mix.
Still, very little could sway Shane from his mission tonight - not even his neat freak tendencies.
As soon as the lock on the door was flipped, Shane was crowded against it, head smacking the hard wood as Ilya’s mouth attacked his neck. They hadn’t even said a word to each other.

He could see it in the way Shane's shoulders slumped, the fight draining out of him, replaced by a profound, bone-deep weariness. Shane looked at Ilya, his eyes glistening with unshed tears, and took a shaky breath, the admission ripped from him by a force stronger than his own fear.
"Yes," he whispered, the word a surrender. "She's yours."
