Summary
Mister Graves, a tormented man with little to say, and someone so pathetic who can't even remember his children's names. One day, he has to walk his children back home from school, and after talking with them for hours, something awakens within him. A person? A heart? Something more than what he was before. He struggles with to have emotional connections with anyone other than his wife, and that is not for a lack of trying. His wife's possessive nature over him makes it difficult to grow as a person. But there is something greater that triumphs over even his fear over her: His deep inner desire to be better. Will he be able to overcome his wife's possession over him? Or will he remain the dull, passive man that would lead to his greatest action being his inaction.

Summary
After getting caught by a Huntsman of all people, Mercury Black’s eyes give him a unique opportunity to make it out alive and with a shiny new pair of legs: attend Beacon Academy as a student, and serve the greater good of the people. With nothing better to do other than go to jail or die, Mercury reluctantly accepts and gets thrusted into the world of Huntsmen and Huntresses, where his team members happen to be three criminals disguising themselves as students.
Emerald continues to insist their team name is not “semen”. Qrow swears this Mercury kid is trying to make his life more difficult than it needs to be.

When the matter of succession is discussed, Baelon’s name is mentioned, yet he doesn't want to carry the burdens of the throne. He is completely alright with the fact he will have Runestone to himself.
