Summary

He had always been able to do magic of course, but in Wales, it was not half as fun as it was here in Ingary. So, when Howell’s parents died when he was just fifteen and Megan was twenty-four and already married with a kid, Howell did what any child in his situation would do – he ran away to become a wizard.

This is it, the first of my promised One Shots! This one takes place in a sort of Alternate Universe of my Alternate Universe? Idk. But it's not necessary to read Trust me before reading this story (although I recommend it of course). I just always had this urge to write a dance scene between Akkarin and Sonea based on the song Lady in Red, so I had to make her a Warrior for the story. Other than that, the story is set roughly two years after the end of Trust me, at Sonea's graduation ball. I hope you like fluff, because that's what you're getting!

Yet another attempt at an alternative ending for The High Lord. I wrote this two years ago and recently re-edited it. The story picks up in the middle of the final battle with Kariko, and I'm sure you can guess what changes after that. Some later scenes are only slightly altered, others are replaced by new ones. Can be read instead of the actual ending if you are like me and want to re-read the books but not experience *that* again.
