Summary
The lodgers make a machine that is supposed to let them time travel. It malfunctions and sorta kinda explodes in Jekyll’s face. When the smoke cleared it was obvious that something was wrong, he was about 15 years younger! He also has no idea where he is or who these people are. Now the lodgers have to try and fix the machine and put Jekyll back to normal.
This takes place after the exhibition but the entire part where Jekyll turned into Hyde in his sleep and then ran around town changing back and forth never happened and Jekyll and Lanyon lived their days happy and in love (Also no one knows about him being Hyde still).

The au goes as follows: What if Hunter stumbles into a portal in the woods and finds himself in the world of 1800s London? There, he comes under the care of Dr. Henry Jekyll, and wholesomeness ensues.

Jasper stared at the retreating lodger. Had… had he really just said that lanyon was a ladies’ man? Lanyon?
Or;
Lanyon and Jekyll are very, very obviously together. But internalized homophobia is a bitch. Also, the lodgers are just plain idiots.Series
