Summary
Evandrin is different. Zerxus, while hyperaware of Evandrin's mannerisms and habits, did not need to be observant to tell that something was deeply wrong with his husband. And while the Ring of Brass tries to figure out what's wrong with their beloved leader, Evandrin, recently returned to the Age of Arcanum from over a millennia in the future, is trying to save his family from themselves, while also trying to navigate the repercussions of time travels effects on his mind.

Summary
Sasuke pets his sweat damp back, whispering praises as Naruto humps against him; hopeless and gone, too needy to string words together anymore. Half syllables and long vowels eek out between groans and panting breaths. Drool begins to dribble from Naruto’s mouth, sliding into the hollow of Sasuke’s collarbone; a depraved little pool, filling and shaking with miniscule waves at their combined desperation.
Sharp nails dig into his back and the swell of his ass, surely bringing blood to the surface and releasing it into the stifling air. When Naruto finally comes up for air his eyes are crystalline red, jet black pupils, far away from thought.

Summary
There’s really no good thing to say in circumstances such as these, but “Welcome back,” is at least relatively neutral.
“Hi,” they say, and then, “Are you okay?”
“Am I okay?!” The words come out high pitched and over-loud, almost a screech, and Astarion forces his voice to be quieter lest they be overheard when he hisses, “I killed you!”
“I know. That was the plan.” They take in his expression. “Was that not the plan?”
Astarion is just trying to survive this madness. He's not looking for a friend, and he's definitely not looking for a sub. Unfortunately for him, the Party's pet amnesiac murderhobo has other ideas.

“Hush,” Withers commands, and Astarion shuts his mouth. “We have little time and much to discuss. Thy hath witnessed the subjugation of the Netherbrain by Bhaal’s Chosen. This is not the fate of this world. Therefore, thy hath been sent to change the events that led to such a violent state of affairs.”
The vampire spawn is stunned into silence. Looking around, he realizes that he knows this area - it’s where he fell from the nautiloid and somehow landed without breaking every bone in his body. He’s wearing the same clothes, the same shoes, the same cheap dagger in his hand. “This isn’t happening.”
“It is.”
“You’re telling me that I’ve gone back in time nearly half a year?!”
“Yes.”

Astarion is sent back in time to save the world by preventing the Dark Urge from overtaking Bhaal's favored child. He isn't happy about it.

“I like it that he’s still breathing,” the boy informed them, making Karlach’s engine stutter in her chest.
“Er. Yes, me too,” Gale managed stiffly.
Bard!Durge touched something he shouldn't have in Ramazith's tower, and now the Tadfools have a six-year-old on their hands. One child-sized Bhaalspawn versus a party of experienced adventurers? Surely nothing can go wrong! Nobody in their group has childhood trauma or anything! Everything's fine!
