Summary
But then there was a knock at the door. Todd felt like a deflated beach ball and there was a stupid knock at the stupid door. He wanted to groan and cry. Instead, he forced himself back on his feet and went to open the door. His tired eyes grew wide at the sight before him. There was the Pinterest boy. His glasses were now stowed away somewhere, leaving no shield from his intent and glimmering gaze. He was leaning against the doorframe, a friendly smile on his face. “Hi, newbie! Welcome to Hell! I’m Neil. I got here a couple days ago.”
In a period of struggle, Todd Anderson is admitted to a youth Crisis Stabilization Unit. He doesn't expect to socialize at all, let alone fall for a boy experiencing his own crisis.
Title from A Poem by AJJ.

Summary
Torse found himself thinking about touch more than ever before. It was a mechanical marvel that allowed for automatons to feel touch. He didn’t believe in miracles, but he had always been pragmatically grateful to whatever allowed him to feel pain. Only recently had he come to appreciate and want more forms of touch.
An introspective following Torse’s emotions and physical sensations throughout the season.

Summary
Once Neil gets to about page 6 when looking over his play, he feels his eyebrows furrow. Now, obviously since the play was about the Poets as a whole, there wasn’t really a main character. There would be a more prominent character in each given scene, but Neil made sure to avoid making himself the one who narrated and directed the entire story.
But once he was about halfway through rereading what he had so far, he realized that every character more or less revolved around one Poet in particular. Every scene managed to include the character, there were always in-depth descriptions of what he and his facial expressions looked like, and everyone either went to him for help or obviously valued his opinion highly.
Neil had named the character William, and he was realizing now that he had included a surprising amount of descriptions about this character’s blond hair, blue eyes, and unassuming but devout personality.
Oh shit, Neil thinks to himself, I accidentally made Todd the main character.
Or in which it's 1960, the Poets' senior year at Welton, and Neil's writing a secret play, his magnum opus, but there's just one problem: Todd keeps getting in the way.

Summary
My dearest beloved,
It is with great relief that I finally write to you. I think it doubtful for my words to ever reach your ears, but spare me this chance to lend you a piece of my thoughts — and only a piece, for I must write with caution lest I be discovered.Neil, amidst his own internal emotional conflict, accidentally stumbles upon letters Todd had been writing in secret to an unknown recipient. Neil (an idiot) continues to intrude on Todd's privacy by reading each new letter in secret, continuously agitating over their purpose.

Summary
It’s the fall of 1970, and Todd is living in New York. He works as a journalist, still writing poetry and short stories, finally getting some published. He’s not deeply involved in the “queer scene” because he likes to stay home and write, but he has a strong community of friends. He has a life, and he’s happy. Life isn’t perfect, but it’s better than he could have ever imagined back in his Welton days. But like those days, his dreams are often overtaken with the soft brown eyes and playful smirk of his old roommate, Neil Perry. Neil, who was picked up by his father one night in December 1959 and never seen or heard from by Todd or their friends at Welton again.
On an otherwise unremarkable mid-September day, Todd is at the hospital visiting a friend when Doctor Neil Perry walks in.Bookmarked by TimelessBlue

Summary
Fire was hot. Lightning is seen before thunder is heard. And Todd Anderson could literally see dead people, those were three concrete facts of life. It's the modern day and Todd Anderson, the youngest of the two Andersons brothers, anxiety filled, family disappointment extraordinaire, and ghost seer (though that last one wasn’t as obvious), is shipped off to Welton Academy. There, he plans to be compared to Jeffery, freak out about presentations in the bathroom stalls, nap at every moment possible, and ignore the ghosts inevitably haunting those hallowed boarding school halls.
What he didn’t plan was for the cute dead boy in his dorm room from the 1950’s to be so charming, or so goddamn persistent.
