    Katsuki was raised on the belief that one has to be the strongest to make it in this world. Other people are a waste of time, minor distractions, focus should be left to being the best at whatever he does. The violence at home shaped him into more than a beast than a person, relying on his instincts and others' fear to make it by. Weakness was to be eliminated by all means necessary.

    He makes his way through life like a meteor, burning through obstacles and landing himself a place at an esteemed Police Academy. He only realizes the consequences of living the way he has when an incident leaves him powerless, something he hadn't thought possible, and begins the painful journey towards recovery.

    Izuku was raised on the belief that no matter what he did, it would never amount to anything. His mother never believed in him, his father out of the picture, the only person who believed in him was himself.

    A victim of bullying, life took its time tearing apart his dreams, his hope, until he was left with nothing. He hides away at home, taking better care of his potted plants than himself. After an incident he begins seeing a therapist, and bumps into a childhood friend he thought he'd never see again.

    She continued to speak. Sero, however, was no longer listening.

    In his attempt to still his own swaying, his gaze had fallen, and caught, on one of the whores. Sero just blinked at him for a moment, trying to take in all his shocking features through the drunken fog of his mind and the drone of the matron’s compliments.

    “He’s a whore?” he blurted, cutting her off. Barely waiting for her nod of affirmation, “Yeah, okay. I want him.”

    “W-What are you doing…?” It comes out slurred, and while he manages to at least press a hand against Bakugou’s chest, it’s nowhere near enough to push him off.

    “Whatever I want,” Bakugou replies. An unfamiliar warmth pools in Izuku's guts as Bakugou's hand slides between his legs. Izuku doesn’t know what’s going on, and this is really, really uncomfortable, but… he can’t bring himself to confess that.

    After all, who is he to tell a pro hero what they can or can’t do?

     

    Or: Quirkless fanboy Midoriya Izuku just so happens to stumble across the wrong hero at the wrong time. Little does he know that Ground Zero is a wolf in sheep's clothing, and as one thing leads to another, what occurs that night puts his life into a downward spiral. If ignorance is bliss, denial is nothing but a living Hell.
