Emma Swan was diagnosed with Congenital Heart Failure eight years ago. It runs in the family supposedly, not that she has ever known her family or anything. But, apparently that’s one of the perks about being a foster kid. No family. After receiving her heart transplant six years ago, Emma finally feels like her life is going back to normal.
She currently has a wonderful job as the night security guard at Regal’s. It is Boston’s first and finest luxury department store owned by a certain brunette named Regina Mills. Although they have never met Emma has heard the horror stories that accompany her current reign as CEO.

Emma was silent for a long time. Truth be told, she had no idea if she wanted to stay here. "I don't know," Emma finally said.
"Give it one week, Miss Swan. When Regina has a bad day and posts a video she immediately regrets, she doesn’t expect for it to become as notorious as it does, and she vows to destroy the person who popularised her deeply embarrassing rant, some idiot known as 'swanprincess'.
But when rumours spread about sexual harassment in the Boston YouTube community, the pair may be forced to put aside their differences and work together.
