    Summary

It was like that old saying, Min thought. If you put a frog in a pot of cold water and slowly turned up the temperature, it wouldn’t even notice it was starting to boil. But if you took it out for three months, told it it probably wouldn’t ever see hot water again in its life, put it to work in a fairytale-themed diner, then dumped it back into a boiling pot, it would sure as hell notice then.

[In other words: Ryan and Min-Gi roadtrip across Canada, sexuality crises ensue.]

When Ryan's exit opened for him, he did consider leaving Min-Gi for a moment, but he ultimately chose to stay.

But what if that choice was taken away from him? What happens when he is forced off the train by circumstances beyond his control, thus leaving Min-Gi behind?

Find a way back on the train, of course.

It's a little easier said than done.

Because Lake was focusing equal parts on the road and on reminiscing, Jesse was the one who noticed the song first.

“Hey, did you hear that?” he asked, sitting up.

    “Hear what?”

“That,” he said unhelpfully, but then gestured to the dashboard, which narrowed it down a little. “Do you know this song?”

The music of an 80s band called Duet sounds a little suspicious, to ex-Passengers.
