Summary
An international organization for the containment of paranormal entities has reached a dead end in the investigation of one of the cases. It was decided to resort to the help of one of the entities with psionic abilities. The entity appears on the planet once every twenty years, calls itself a human and claims to be a member of an inter-world organization for the protection of humanity. Soon, both organizations will have to learn the scale of the problem and face a conflict of ideologies in the fight for humankind.
