From Aether’s observation, although Venti is keeping a good gap between Venti the bard and Anemo Archon Barbatos personas separated in regular conversation. This gap apparently blurs once they’re in the heat of battle.
Although, there’s one more persona that doesn’t seem to fit into either of the two.
Sounding more aggressive—his voice deeper. Then there’s this glint in his eyes that appears only for a split second. A shade darker than usual.
