Summary
Leon meets an older guy called Chris at a bar and goes back with him to his hotel. They spend an incredible night together with some unexpected emotions rising during their parting in the morning. Leon yearns to see Chris again, but ends up crossing paths with him a lot sooner than expected when he returns to his work at the RPD the very next day. The BSAA is there using the precinct as they investigate a potential threat in Racoon City, led by Captain Redfield - a man who Leon immediately recognises as Chris.
Chris wants to keep things professional and pretend that nothing ever happened, but it's never as simple as that, is it?
Leon just wants to help lift the burden from Chris' shoulders, but doing so may very well expose him to terrors that he'd never expected to face.
How can Leon and Chris ever navigate the tensions between them whilst also fighting against a threat to Racoon City? Will they always butt heads, or will they eventually find a common ground between them, and can they ever find that spark ignited during what was supposed to be nothing more than a one night stand?

"I haven't seen her in hours, I— I don't know where she went after the police station." The rookie is determined to sit up, reaching out like he could drag Chris to Claire through sheer force of will now that they've met, and Chris has to place a firm hand on his chest to keep him from rising. "Tell me she made it."
They stare at each other. Chris feels his heart break and reform in his chest.
He's lying there, displaced in time, bleeding with an infected gunshot wound, and he's asking after Claire.
It's so Leon that it hurts.

Leon stared at it disbelievingly. It looked as though the developer was high when they made the website. "I'm going to need you to explain how you know about this website."
Ada rolled her eyes at him. "It's a matching service. Not dating. Alphas donate clothing and comfort items and omegas receive them before their heats, totally anonymous of course, for safety reasons. See, they call it your own personal KnotBox."
"Absolutely not." Leon physically recoiled. "You want me to huff some random alpha's dirty laundry?" Leon flailed his hands around, trying to convey how ludicrous this service was. "And are you sure they're legit? That is the most shady looking website I've ever seen, with an even more dubious name. Ada, I'd rather kill myself."
