Accurate tabiori if karasu is still scared to be vulnerable even to the person he loves

Summary
The first time it happened, he didn't think much of it. Maybe he had just subconsciously refilled his water bottle without noticing.
But it kept happening. Karasu hadn't had to refill his water bottle in weeks. With a little bit of observation, it was clear who the culprit was.
