Summary
Due to Katsuki's arm being confined to a sling, he hadn't been able to take care of his fur like he would have been doing otherwise. He had a rigorous routine during his shed, dedicating most to an entire day to the process, but until he was given the clear to even use that arm to lift a pair of chopsticks, he was nowhere near close enough to spending hours combing himself out.
Thankfully, though, as part of his birthday, Izuku was all for pampering him.

It heals surface level injuries, but I could, in theory, drip my sweat into an open wound to heal broken bones or torn muscles.” Katsuki explained, gliding his palms along the cut and scraped skin of Izuku's arm. “But that's gross, people wouldn't want me to do that, so they let some old grandma plant one on them instead.”
“I don't think it's gross, Kacchan. Your quirk's amazing.”
The earnest tone in Izuku's voice made Katsuki narrow his eyes briefly, clicking his tongue and focusing back on his task, ignoring how his face and ears felt hot.
With Recovery Girl being a solo-act and getting older in her years, it was only a matter of time before there were other students with healing quirks that came along to help her out. What Izuku wasn't prepared for was the fact that the male nurse would be unfairly cute with a mean temper to boot.

Summary
“Kacchan,” Izuku sighs, and Katsuki’s body reheats itself all at once.
It forgets that it’s had a long day and a late night, when Izuku calls for him like that. Rough with sleep and still alert enough to be adoring. Like he’s always said it, but less restrained. Sweet, with the knowledge of reciprocation.
A single, calloused palm presses tight into flesh between Katsuki’s hips, and it takes even less than a request to get Katsuki awake.
Sort of. His eyelids are heavy, and there’s a wicked knot protesting its soreness beneath his right shoulder-blade. Not the type of feeling to invite doing anything ambitious, even with the promise of a really good orgasm.
Izuku can have what he wants, but Katsuki isn’t helping.
Which isn’t to say he doesn’t want it.
It's been awhile. Izuku reminds Katsuki that he loves him.
