This is my own "Healer Deku AU" that was mostly inspired by GaySony's discontinued AU (as of right now)
Izuku developed his quirk a bit late and this is enough for his entire world to shift and his reality to change, from a simple young boy who dreamed of being a hero to a young man who tries to find that passion for heroes after years of stress and insecurities thanks to someone from his past.

It has been at least 9 years since the end of the war of villains and heroes, 7 since Class 1-A graduated, 4 since Deku and Dynamight left Mirko's newly found Agency given to her by Hawks after his retirement by public decree, and it was now the 2nd anniversary of the Wonder Duo making into the top rank of Heroes.

“I’m scared I’ll hurt you,” Midoriya admits brokenly, but with the way his hand has come to grip Katsuki’s shirt right above his heart, his admission seems contradictory to his actions, almost as if his brain and body are fighting against each other: His brain is screaming I don’t want you, I need to stay away from you as a twisted form of punishment poorly disguised as self-preservation while his body is yelling back I need you. I need you here with me because otherwise I don’t know what to do with myself. I need you.

Sonic remembered what Tails said before he left Christmas Island, “try and find out about him from conversation, a close bond with one’s captain and crew is the key to running an efficient ship.”
He hadn’t expected how hard it would be to have a meaningful conversation with Shadow. Every time he tried to strike up a friendly chat with him, he’d shut it down almost instantly. And believe him, he had tried, perhaps pushed a little too much on multiple occasions, but still, nothing. He couldn’t even get Shadow to tell him his favorite color.
So here he was, trying to get information on the guy by digging through his stuff. Was it a severe breach of Shadow’s trust and privacy? Sure. But what he didn’t know wouldn’t hurt him.
