Summary
Tobirama preforms a reverse summoning jutsu in order to be matched with the summons clan best suited to his nature. What he hadn't taken into account was the test he would need to pass to become a summoner and just how long those tests can take. Tobirama ends up being raised among his summons more so than his is raised among humans and thus does not hold the same value or grudges as his clan, and the chaos that leads to.

Percy Jackson has to leave yet another school, but that's the least of his troubles as the gods he prays to become a little more real than just his belief system. He's been tasked with retuning Zeus's master lightning bolt, and it only gets worse from there. His only saving grace is that Hera is more then willing to fight her husband and argue in the boy's favor as a gift for being devoted like his mother, Sally Jackson, with many prayers and offerings.
(AKA: In which, Hera is not a bitch for once and actually good at her job, Hestia loves her niblings, Sally is a BAMF and a wonderful Mom, and Hera looks at the unclaimed kid and says "It's free real estate".)

Izuku has always been odd. He grew up making these strange little sounds no one but his father ever understood. The dragon in Midoriya Hisashi’s mind easily translating the sounds from his little hatchling. But a few chirps and trills does not a quirk make, and yet, he had to have been misdiagnosed in order for a quirk to show up now. Obviously he hadn’t been quirkless at all. All he needed was a little shove out of the nest in order to spread his wings.
Or maybe a free fall off of some random, tall, building that he had been abandoned on.
He didn't do it on purpose, but he can't argue with the results.
