Emu replies, her voice full of sweetness, “It's 9:30 and it's Saturday, so you don't have to worry about getting up for work today. You can stay in bed a little longer if you want!” It's like she read my mind, Nene thinks to herself.
“Okay…I'll..stay in bed…a little longer…” The diva mutters, her words still breathy and slurred. Staying in bed with Emu sounds really nice right now.
“I'll go make you some tea if you want!” The dreamer offers, shifting her body and attempting to sit up, until a pair of arms stop her from moving.
Nene whines, “Noo….stay..” It's uncommon for her to be clingy, so of course emu has to indulge in that clingyness, even if it's only for the morning.
“Okay then. I'll stay.”
“Good.”
