Summary
In 1920’s New York City, Spinel is part of the Diamond Family mafia and feels she needs a spark in her dull life of killing others, smoking cigarettes and drinking illegal booze. Penelope (Pink Pearl) is a dancer but is more a puppet on strings. She wants to break free from her shackles and decide things for herself. Life is hard in 1925 but that all changes soon once they stumble upon each other and realize what they were missing.
