Summary
Adrien had been Cat Noir for six months. All of Paris now knows the Makara are created by a mysterious person they've named Pisces, and the Akuma are made by Hawkmoth. While he and Ladybug have gotten better at defeating the Akuma, the Makara are only getting more powerful. They need to figure out who is making them, and soon. On top of that, the guardian of the Miraculous has tasked Adrien with an important task: figure out who Ladybug is.
Gabriel becomes close to desperate in his search for his wife. This desperation leads to increased distance from his son, which Marinette Dupain-Cheng does not appreciate at all.

Summary
Marinette Dupain-Cheng is an aspiring fashion designer who is just too tired for her life, and handles no funny business. Her latest design has, once again, been shown on the front-page of a popular fashion magazine, and once again, her name is not on it. And she knows just who to blame.
Adrien Agreste is a perfectly polite gentleman in public, but when he's comfortable around someone, he's a complete goblin. Since his mom disappeared, the only person who's seen that side of him has been his best friend: Chloe Bourgeois. Her lack of popularity in high school has transferred over to him, and though he's alone in school, he's content to at least get out of his house.
The two teenagers gain powers to defeat not only the Akuma which have been terrorizing Paris for the last year, but also to track down the source of the mysterious Makara which seem to initiate an Akuma appearance.Series

All he knows is that he doesn't want them to end, even if he knows none of it is real. After all, why would a pro hero like Duality ever look twice at a quirkless analyst like him?
