Summary
Buffy wakes up having a hell of a nasty flu bug. Spike wakes up having a nasty kind of unwanted bodily functions.
Unfortunately the Hellmouth did not care about little ailments. So Buffy and Spike have to team up, regardless of their bodily conditions.
On the plus side? They get to know each other more closely than either of them would have ever imagined.Based at early season 4 but taking a free ride from there.
