    Beomgyu turns to look at Soobin, who’s still just standing there gawking at him awkwardly. He frowns and gives him a once-over. “What’s your problem? Never seen a bad bitch in a weave before?”
    “No,” Soobin says again, like he’s forgotten how to say anything else at all. “You look good.”
    “You know I do,” Beomgyu replies, flipping his fake hair over his shoulder. “You’re obsessed with me.”

    And then he does it. He makes that awful kissy face, rosy lips and closed eyes, and Soobin is silent. There’s nothing he can say right now that seems appropriate.
    “Hyung, quit it. You’ll give him a sexuality crisis, you know he’s not into girls like that.”

    There's a lot of uncertainties in this world, but one thing is for sure:

    Beomgyu and Soobin are not friends.

    Something about Soobin just doesn't sit right with Beomgyu even though everyone including his bestfriends think that Soobin is the greatest guy to walk on earth and it frustrates Beomgyu that even though he doesn't like Soobin, he can't stop thinking about him anyway.

     

    Or Soobin's been living rent free in Beomgyu's mind ever since the day they met. Beomgyu just wants to move on. Not like Soobin would let him anyways.

    Beomgyu shrugged. “I thought it’d be easier to just say it.”

    “Easier,” Soobin repeated, voice too thin. “But I’m—Beomgyu, I care about you. Of course I do. You mean a lot to me. But I’m not in love with you. How does that make anything easier?”

    Beomgyu confesses. Soobin rejects him. Somehow, it's not Beomgyu's heart that gets broken.
