It’s not like Mike has any idea what he’s talking about anyway. “Yeah, a little.”
“Is that a bad thing?”
“It- It depends.”
The corner of Will’s mouth goes up. “On what?”
“Do I look like it’s a bad thing?”
It’s a bad question to ask, but Mike realizes that only the moment their eyes meet, crushed under the intensity of Will’s exploratory gaze; punching the breath out of him, sending shiver down his spine to the point his body shakes under the touch of his steady hand.
It wasn’t supposed to look like that. It’s not Will who’s supposed to be in control now.

Will is confused, has been confused since Mike asked to watch this movie in the first place, and Mike’s vagueness isn’t helping him come to any conclusion.
“Make what a big deal?” Will inquires.

Summary
Will Byers is minding his own business in the dorm he shares with his best friend, Mike Wheeler, when Mike shows up flustered and asking for help with kissing practice. Will tells himself it’s no big deal. They’re best friends. He can handle it even if he’s loved Mike for as long as he can remember. He’d do anything for Mike even if it means finally being close to him in a way he’s quietly dreamed about for years.

Hawkins had a way of getting into its people's minds. In the little time Chance'd been on town, all sort of weird occurrences had happened, but he never truly believed any of the stories and rumors looming around. Not until he ended up stuck on another dimension with the famously-called zombie boy.
Chance'd never been a big fan of scary movies, he very much enjoyed having a normal heart rate. Too bad he fell in love with a pretty much possessed boy.
