Jimmy is sent to a summer camp for delinquent young boys over the summer after his Junior year of high school and who else should he meet there, but Gary? It's been a year since he's seen him last. A lot can change in a year but if you were to ask Jimmy, Gary wasn't capable of change. Maybe neither of them were. Except without the social credit of Bullworth to back him up in this new environment, Jimmy finds only one constant.
