“I know you’re home as often as you can be with the responsibilities you have. But even when you’re here, I still miss you,” she says as her eyes grow glassy from the beginnings of tears. “When you are home, our attention is always on the kids. And then we’re both exhausted.”

“Todoroki,” Momo hissed as she schooled her features into a glare.
For a fleeting moment his face twitched with disgust at the name before his sly smile was back and turning his eyes up with something dark festering in the corner of them. “Momo,” he purred as he took a slow step into the room and grabbed the door handle in his hand. “I’ve told you, my darling. Please, call me, Shoto.” His smile never wavered as he pushed the door closed, the resounding click of the latch far too loud in the quiet room.
Momo thought she had a chance to escape but Shouto isn't ready to let her go.
