Mateo Torrez got a call notifying him he is going to die within 24 hours. Although he's afraid, he makes a Last Friend and spends the rest of his day - or rather, life, going on a short adventure with Rufus Emeterio. After Mateo got home to spend time with Rufus, he decides he wants to make tea for the two of them. He switched on the burner, and got engulfed in flames. And then, he wakes up, the same day it all happened.
