Summary
They went back because there was nothing left.
Harry—Hadrian, now—Draco, and Hermione destroy the Time-Turner the second their feet hit 1943, because no one gets to use it after them. Not Dumbledore. Not the Ministry. Not fate.Stopping Tom Riddle should have been simple: find the fault-line, snap it, and prevent Voldemort from ever existing.
But Tom is not a monster yet—he’s a boy with a brilliant smile and a mind like a blade, and he looks at Hadrian Potter like a puzzle that might finally make the world make sense. And Dumbledore, all twinkling eyes and gentle hands, watches them like he already knows how this story ends—and intends to write it himself.

An injured dragon she’d encountered, that had been on the other end of the same curse, follows her home and becomes attached to Hermione, using its body heat to heal her.
On bed rest in her quiet country home with a dragon in her meadow, she gains a new neighbour. One with familiar white locks who has been mysteriously missing since his release from Azkaban five years ago.

Summary
Hermione should have died at the Battle of Department of Mysteries. Falling through the veil should have killed her, everyone knew that. Instead, she found herself hurled into the past and her new life became entwined with the young, handsome, charming Tom Riddle.
Tom couldn't keep his eyes off her. The witch had secrets, an enigma that he couldn't wrap his head around. He found himself fixated. Obsessed. He wanted to trap the lion in a cage and uncover everything she kept hidden.
