Summary

Summary
As the owner of a small flower shop in the busy shopping district of downtown Musutafu, Katsuki thought he'd had every neighbor he could imagine. Then a tattoo parlor moves in upstairs, bringing with it a crowd of irritating clients who clog up his own shop while they wait for their appointment.
